Maisonette Lemon Kisses
1 Cup Lemon curd
2.5 Tbl. Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbl. Lemon zest
1/2 Cup Whipping cream
2 pkg Mini phyllo pastry shells
• Combine curd, juice and zest until well blended.
• Whip cream separately to soft peaks.
• Fold whipped cream into lemon mixture.
• Spoon good sized teaspoon into each shell.
