
This week for #FoodieFriday we go to Third Eye Brewing in Sharonville’s Northern Lights District to meet with Co-owner Tom Schaefer and Chef Stephen Vanderpool. The brewery features a large open taproom and a covered patio for warmer weather. We were so excited to hear more about the food and beer they serve!
Tom filled us in on the home-brewing culture that is at the root of the beers served at the brewery. He also clued us in on what inspired the name for Third Eye Brewing and how it’s been to start out during COVID. Looking forward to the future, Third Eye Brewing hopes to ramp up into the post-COVID world with more food and brews for the surrounding businesses and tourist spots to open back up.
Chef Stephen told us about the food he prepares “from the heart” for Third Eye Brewing and what kind of delicious fare you can expect when visiting. He’s also serving BRUNCH!
