As a real estate agent Dayton, Ohio area, I’ve had the pleasure of discovering some of the best places in town to eat, drink, and relax. One of my all-time favorite spots is Big Sky Bread Company, a local bakery that has become a daily stop for me. I’m not alone in my love for Big Sky–it’s been a favorite of locals since they began baking bread in 1996!
From the moment you walk into Big Sky Bread Company, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. It’s the kind of scent that makes you feel at home and instantly puts you in a good mood.
The bakery offers a wide range of bread options, including classic sourdough, pretzels of all shapes and sizes, and hearty whole wheat. Although I occasionally indulge in a quiche, my personal favorite is the strudel cake.
It’s not just the bread that keeps me coming back. Big Sky also offers a variety of pastries and sweet treats, as well as a lunch menu with soup, sandwiches, pizza, and more. I love picking up sweet breads or cookies for clients and friends. Their cinnamon rolls are a must-try; they’re gooey, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. The perfect indulgence for a lazy Sunday morning.
