1. Smale Riverfront Park

Located in downtown Cincinnati, you can’t beat the riverview and atmosphere of Smale Park. The park features multiple water play areas: Main Street, Walnut Street, Park Pichler, and Water Play. Each is Open 10:00am to 9:00pm, May 1st through Labor Day.

2. Washington Park

Located in Over-the-Rhine, Washington Park offers one of the best interactive splash parks in the city. Jets that sync with music and lights and the view of Music Hall make for a perfect summer day. Open 10:00am to 10:00pm, April through October.

3. Summit Park Water Corridor

Located in Blue Ash, Summit Park has multiple attractions that bring people to visit. This water corridor features a natural environment that is located next to the fishing pond. Water shoes are recommended for little ones. Open Dawn to Dark, April through Labor Day.

4. Julif’s Park

Located in Anderson Township, featuring a “barnyard” theme with pig, horse, rooster, and sheep. A variety of themed sprayers and a “trickle tractor” are sure to be a hit. Open 10:00am to 8:00am, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

5. Gorman Park

Located in Sharonville, this splash park has become a go-to since re-opening with its new features in 2022. Perfect for little ones, the splash park is flat and has multiple water features they are sure to love. Open 10:00am to 8:00pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

6. Spray Ground at Sawyer Point

Located between T.M. Berry International Friendship Park and Smale Park, right along the Ohio River. The huge water fountain and large play area are enough to draw you to visit, but the location is a perfect spot to enjoy multiple activities and the view of the river. Open 6:00am to 10:00pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

7. Home of the Brave Park

Located in Symmes Township, this park has its wet and dry playgrounds right next to each other, so you can watch over multiple children easily. The unique play structures and water features will be plenty to keep everyone occupied for a fun afternoon. Open 11:00am to 7:00pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

8. Beech Acres Park

Located in Anderson Township, this park offers something for everyone. The splash park has a variety of water features and a train for kids to play on. This underrated park needs to be added to your summer fun list. Open 10:00am to 8:00pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

9. Clippard Park

Located within the park. Although all the locations on this list have been free, I thought it would be good to mention Kings Island’s waterpark due to the vast attractions it offers.
