Under West Side Brewing’s stewardship, this establishment will be reimagined as Gilligan’s Brewery, promising a lively taproom experience that caters to beer enthusiasts throughout the region.
The Gilligan’s lineup pays homage to the legacies of local Irish Americans Martin Gilligan, Sr. and Martin T. “Bud” Gilligan, ancestors of CEO Joe Mumper. It’s heartening to witness a business that honors its heritage while delivering top-notch brews.
Frank Eversole, president of EP Investment Group, reflected on their journey, stating, “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed serving the residents of Wyoming and the surrounding communities over the past 15 months.” With West Side Brewing’s onsite brewery now part of the mix, we can look forward to innovative craft experiences that will enrich our local culture even further.
West Side Brewing is committed to ensuring that Gilligan’s remains a cherished part of the community. Mumper expressed his enthusiasm, sharing, “We’re thrilled to take over the taproom operations,” while promising exciting changes in collaboration with General Manager Emmy Friedrichs and Chef David Mapstead to enhance the brewery’s offerings.
