The renovated historic mansion of Ashford Acres Inn sits on 64 acres of land in Cynthiana, Ky., with a multitude of romantic spots for outdoor ceremonies, receptions and lovely photographs. It was renovated and opened as an event venue in 2016 by two sisters.
The Greek revival home on the property was built in the 1850s and now serves as a bed and breakfast as well as wedding venue complete with a newly built wedding barn for indoor celebrations. The Josephina Event Venue

Named after Josephine Hogan who was given the property in 1939, The Josephina Event Venue pays homage to the woman and her husband who added the barn – with its endearingly picturesque white facade – shortly after receiving the property.
Dance the night away in The Josephina’s 4,000-square-food barn in which multiple chandeliers bring the bling and wrought-iron railings and a mezzanine brings extra pizzazz. The venue also offers dressing rooms, neighboring cottage rentals, and The Hogan House – a historical home for rental.
